About
Hi! My name is Amanda Delorme. I am the owner and founder of Pearl Holistic Health.
I am an Occupational Therapist with a passion for holistic health and whole body healing.
I am also a craniosacral therapy practitioner, certified yoga instructor, reiki level III practitioner, holistic health coach, and soon to be certified as a breathwork practitioner.
I began my Occupational Therapy career at skilled nursing facilities serving the elderly population. After having my two children I was called to shift my OT career to serve women’s health. I began my pelvic health career at an outpatient physical therapy and acupuncture clinic in Portland Maine where I gained great experience as a pelvic floor therapist.
My experience with yoga began when I was a college student in Boston. I fell in love with the physical and spiritual aspect of the practice. I found the profound healing benefits for reducing stress and helping establish balance in a fast and busy life. I went on to receive my yoga teacher certification 5 years later through Pranakriya School of Yoga and Healing Arts.
I grew up in coastal Maine with a love for the ocean and the simplicity of living closely with nature. I am a mother to two children and married to a very supportive and humorous husband. I love being active outdoors, eating fresh food, traveling, and flower gardens. I am a recovering perfectionist and I am in pursuit of loving myself unconditionally.
I can’t wait to meet you!
~ Amanda
